Please read the following Terms & Conditions. These terms and conditions are designed to be easy to read and exist to provide clarification to both myself and my clients. When you hire my services, you are acknowledging and accepting these terms.
- All quotes are valid for 30 days.
- I do have set rates, however some prices and proposals will vary per project/client.
- For smaller projects, I will require full payment upon invoice. Larger projects will require a 50% non-refundable deposit and final payment upon competition.
- The normal delivery time for projects are 2 weeks from when the payment has first been made (unless otherwise discussed with the client).
- Briefs are to be sent before each project will begin.
- Two revisions are included per project and any additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of $100.
- All copywriting is run through a spell and plagiarism checker before being delivered.
- All work produced remains the intellectual property of NW Creative until the project has been paid for.
- Once all monies for a project has been paid for, intellectual rights will belong to the client.
- If a project is urgent and requires a fast turnaround of less than two to three working days (2-3), a surcharge of 30% may apply.
- I am entitled to suspend or terminate the project and retain or withhold any information in relation to the job if an invoice remains unpaid.
- Projects will be used for my own promotional use unless advised otherwise.
- I may approach you for a testimonial after the project is completed, although this is not obligatory.
